The Swinnerton name has been traced back over the past nine centuries. Many members of the Swinnerton family have made a name for themselves in a variety of fields. This section of the Swinnerton website celebrates them, and their achievements, especially – but not exclusively – those who have excelled in the fields shown below.
The Swinnerton family originated in Staffordshire, and has been comprehensively traced back to the Domesday Survey. The Swinnerton Family Society is continuing the on-going study of the family, and this website shows some of the material that has been amassed to date.
